Once a player takes control over one of the many FOBs around the map, they will be able to not only fast travel to it from any location but also, nearby Banished and UNSC activity will appear on the map, too. Players can use FOBs to call in unlocked vehicles and weapons, as long as players have Valor to spend. For players that would like to know how to fast travel in Halo Infinite, here are the details.

How to Fast Travel
Fast Travel in Halo Infinite will not be unlocked at the very start of the game. Once players complete the early missions, they will eventually end up in the open-world of Zeta Halo. And after taking over a second location on the map, players will see on the bottom right hand corner of the map screen that Fast Travel is now online.
Halo Infinite players can only fast travel to locations that they’ve taken over, and here’s how they can easily do it:
Open up the map with the View button on the Xbox controller. Hover over the location that players would like to fast travel to. Press the X button to travel, and a short loading screen will appear before dropping players at the specific location.
Since Halo Infinite is a pretty massive game, there’s a lot to see and do, so players would definitely try to take over as many enemy-controlled locations as they can, so they can use them as fast travel and supply points for Master Chief. Being able to go from point to point in a quick manner will prove to be useful for players trying to collect Halo Infinite’s collectibles, like the Spartan Cores, which can be used in the upgrade menu to improve players’ abilities, like the Grappleshot and energy shield.
Halo Infinite is available via Game Pass for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
