Where’s the Movement Yard?

As for where the “Movement Yard” is located in Halo Infinite, players won’t find it by checking out the multiplayer mode or the campaign. Instead, the Movement Yard is part of Halo Infinite’s tutorial sequence that helps new players get used to the game’s mechanics. During the tutorial, players will get the chance to try out some weapons against dummies, meet their own personal computer AI, compete in a fake match, and even go through a short obstacle course, which the Movement Yard essentially is. To start the tutorial, players need to go to the main menu and choose “Academy.” From there, choose “Tutorial.”

Players will need to do some basic tutorial stuff before getting to the Movement Yard. It’ll appear once players meet up with their personal AI. The image below shows the entrance to the yard.

How to Get Greased Lightning Achievement in Halo Infinite

Players will need to get through this in under 25 seconds to unlock the Greased Lightning achievement. However, players can retry as many times as they want to, but they’ll need to jump over a barrier to do so. Once players make it through the first time, head back on the path and jump where the arrow is pointing to get back to the front entrance where the obstacle course begins.

Once players make it back to the front, they need to use a machine near the door to deploy their AI. Doing this will start a timer, and players can see their progress during her run. The time won’t start until the player runs out of the gate.

Since this obstacle course in Halo Infinite is pretty short, there’s not much that players can do to shorten the run time besides constantly sprinting. However, there is one major shortcut in this area that can help players get to the end in under 25 seconds. After sliding ad falling down a hole, players will end up inside a cave-like area. Once they are out, they will see two large boxes near each other.

Players can hop onto these boxes and jump to reach the open ledge next to the bridge to lift themselves up, skipping a large portion of the Movement Yard. This will take time to perfect, but luckily players can keep trying over and over again to get it down pat.

Halo Infinite is now available for PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X/S.
