343 Industries had massive shoes to fill when it took over the Halo franchise after Bungie’s departure to create Destiny, and the studio came out swinging with Halo 4. While Halo has always been pretty narratively driven, Halo 4 attempted to humanize Master Chief and Cortana’s relationship in a way that wasn’t previously explored. Most players really enjoyed this aspect of the game, though many also criticized Halo 4 for its injection of high sci-fi lore into the franchise, which 343 Industries would continue to do with Halo 5: Guardians....

Arriving next week, Ghosts of Meridian is giving players access to two new multiplayer maps and a large quantity of weapons, gear, and other items through REQ packs. Skirmish at Darkstar is a Warzone specific map which places a great focus on infantry as the map is also the most condensed one in the game. The map also features interactive gates, new legendary bosses to fight, and a unique start to the match where each team is dropped in the center and races to take down the Promethean Scout to gain an advantage....

After teasing the fanbase last month, Warzone Firefight is finally official and thanks to the new trailer, players finally have a good look at what to expect when the mode launches later this summer. In this mode, up to 8 players are tasked with working together to survive five rounds against increasingly difficult and dynamic challenges. If that wasn’t enough, these challenges are set to a timer as well, forcing players to work together to complete objectives fast and as efficiently as possible....

The 26-year-old YouTuber and comedian issued the public apology days after Sabrina, also a popular YouTuber, shared a lengthy video discussing her ectopic pregnancy, in which a fertilised egg implants itself outside the womb, usually in a fallopian tube. Although Sabrina, 27, did not say who the father was, she said she had to go through the experience without their support. This is something fans of Supergiant’s latest have waited almost two years for. Since Hades was first released in early access on the Epic Games Store, the developer has gradually built the game up towards a complete release. The Haditha case seems to be unraveling. Already, all charges have been dropped against two of the shooters. Marine Gen. James Mattis announced last week that a third Marine, Lance Cpl. Stephen Tatum, would face a court-martial for involuntary manslaughter, far less than the original murder indictment. And Ware has recommended a similar reduction in charges against Wuterich. There are spots in the washing machine that are most likely to harbour bacteria: the gasket (the rubber seal around the door) and the detergent drawer.
